Order Processing Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow 1–2 business days for handling before your order ships.

International Duties & Taxes We ship to 50+ countries worldwide. For supported markets, duties and taxes are collected at checkout (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid) and are included in the total — no surprise fees upon delivery. For markets where DDP is not enabled, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their destination country.


Tracking All orders include tracking via our Track123 tracking page. A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships.


P.O. Boxes Some products cannot be shipped to — or may be delayed when shipped to — a P.O. Box address due to size or weight restrictions.


Title & Liability Risk of loss and title passes to the customer upon carrier delivery. Collins Global Snack Store is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.


Damages & Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at collinsglobalsnackstore@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund. Collins Global Snack Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions outside of our control.
